Shipping Policy

Our Turnaround Time

We endeavour to ensure that all our products listed on our website are in stock and that the pricing is up to date. As we are a small business (1 person team), we try our hardest to fulfil all orders in a timely fashion and appreciate your understanding if minor delays are unavoidable. 

 

Your order will usually be processed in 1-3 days in our Sydney studio. However, this turnaround time may be extended during busy periods. In the event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible with a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we are able to offer an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund if necessary.

 

Shipping

Standard shipping is dependent on the postal service. If you require express shipping, please select this option at the checkout. This will be an additional cost to you.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney, NSW. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and are included in your final invoice.

Our standard shipping includes tracking. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location (approximately 1-12 business days). For an estimated delivery time, visit Australia post here. Please note: Australia Post is experiencing some delays due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

We want to ensure you receive your Mazaa Box products in prime condition, so all orders are shipped in either a shipping box or a 100% compostable mailer. Great care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are in excellent condition when leaving Mazaa Box. However, we are not responsible for any damages once the order has left our hands. 

If you have any issues with the quality of your order, please email us with your order details and photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have, or follow it up Australia Post.

Back Orders

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. If any items are back ordered, you will be notified directly and we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately at our cost unless discussed otherwise.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges

Mazaa Box is ineligible for returns or exchanges, however, if you have any issues with what you have received please contact us via email at sam.mazaabox@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
